Position Summary

Responsible to perform many tasks to accomplish quality core goal.

Essential Duties

  • Maintain and Update Company Procedures and Policies
  • Create Analytical Reports: extracts database information and manipulates data into clear reports for management, corporate executives, and clients as needed.
  • Advise manager of training and equipment needs.
  • Ensure all QC equipment (Cirrus, Calipers, etc) is calibrated and updated.
  • Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revs, quantities, etc.)
  • Maintain work area clean and organized.
  • Train employees as required.
  • Resolves QC workers’ problems and assists as required or refers matters to manager.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor or department manager.
